About Us
PolarPlus Healthcare Limited has been established and registered as a company since January 2013. The team is run by 2 Healthcare professionals who recognised a need for additional services to be delivered to people within their own home.
Working in conjunction with hospital discharge teams their aim is to provide a service that is professional, inclusive, and operating to the highest standards of care delivery.
The company operate to provide the Regulated Activity of Personal Care Services and is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as a Domiciliary Care Service for adults over 65 years of age. Our domiciliary care services operate in Halifax, Bradford, Huddersfield and the surrounding areas.
We have strong personal values and working in hospital care has enabled us to have a vision of what good follow up care should be, for people to continue to live fulfilling lives in the way that they choose and in the comfort of their own home. We want to support this by ensuring everyone who comes into contact with our service is supported in a person centred way.
